The client workflow

Your clients shouldn't live across five different tools.

A session can start in Instagram or WhatsApp, then spill into forms, reference folders, calendars, payment links and the same repeated questions.

MessagesFormsReferencesCalendarPaymentsReminders

Invitee keeps the session and everything around it connected.

START BEFORE THE DMs

Turn tattoo enquiries into organized clients.

Share your own yourname.invitee.live page and collect the information you need before the back-and-forth starts. Review each request, contact the client through their preferred channel, and turn it into an Invitee client page when you're ready.

  1. 01

    Share your request page

Put yourname.invitee.live in your bio, website or messages.

  2. 02

    Receive structured enquiries

Collect the client's contact details, tattoo idea, placement, size, availability and the questions you choose.

  3. 03

    Review and contact

See everything in Requests and continue the conversation through WhatsApp, Instagram or email.

  4. 04

    Create the client page

When the project moves forward, create an Invitee client page with the client's basic details already filled in.

From first request to tattoo day.

  1. Request

Collect project details through your personal request page.

  2. Client page

Turn the request into an organized Invitee client page.

  3. Prep & admin

Handle forms, payment requests, session details, reminders and prep.

  4. Session

Your client knows where to go, what to do and what they need.

Before the session

Everything you need before they walk in.

Send a clear prep flow, collect intake details and keep client references attached to the session instead of buried in another thread.

  • Reusable intake forms and prep instructions
  • Secure client reference uploads and artist files
  • Questions, comments and attachments in context

Artist operations

Know what needs your attention next.

Track artist deadlines, upcoming sessions, reminder activity and client engagement from one operational view.

  • Artist-side deadlines tied to invite steps
  • Operational calendar and scheduled reminders
  • Open, activity and unread-comment visibility

One-way Google Calendar sync keeps qualifying future sessions visible in your selected calendar.

Payments

Get paid without chasing another message.

Collect a deposit before the session, request the remaining balance, or charge for extras, all connected to the same client workflow.

  • Fixed deposits before the session
  • Artist-defined payment requests for balances or extras
  • Clear paid, pending and refund history in Payment Activity

Secure checkout powered by Stripe. Invitee never adds its fee to the amount your client pays.

The client experience

One place your client can always come back to.

Your client gets a clear mobile page for the session, not another account or a trail of old messages to search through.

  • Date, time, studio location and Add to Calendar
  • Prep, forms, references, files and questions
  • Payments and aftercare in the same timeline
